ASSOCIATIONS CONTRIBUTIONS

11th December 2011 the Malaysia Vocational Education Action Committee (M-VEAC) organized a dialogue with the Prominent Chinese Associations to deliberate the matters concerning to the Economic Transformation Programme (ETP) which is embarked by our government with emphasis more on the Vocational & Technic Education.

MACRA is one of the bodies of the M-VEAC which was established on 17th July 2011 under the umbrella of The KL & Selangor Chinese Assembly Hall (KLSCAH) to tackle the Chinese Community's lacking problem in accepting and exposing to the Vocational & Technic Education.

Under the Malaysian Budget 2012 where our Government will implement the Vocational & Technic Certificate Recognition which eventually all the skill workforce will need to have this certificate in order for them to continue their profession.

The Automotive Industry will have the top list attention by the Government which have the immediate impact on this program and to be implemented in the year of 2012. ACMV & R industry not in the list at this moment but the awareness creation with dissemination of such information is crucial to the industry.

From now on MACRA will play an important role in keeping abreast of this development and to make awareness among the members for the implementation.

MACRA 11th Anniversary Dinner which was held on 25th November 2011 at HGH Convention Centre K.L. A total of 113 tables were put up with total 1,050 persons attended the grand dinner.
Mdm. Loo Took Gee (Secretary General of Ministry Of Energy Green Technology And Water) officiated the dinner.

Joined Malaysian Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Association (III) MACRA as a committee member on May 2010. My role is conducting product training and as well organizing external training program.



Hadiri Dialog Isu Pelajaran di antara Datuk Wee Ka Siong & Prof Emeritus Dato' Dr Khoo Kay Kim anjuran Dewan Perhimpunan China Kuala Lumpur dan Selangor (DPCKLS) dengan kerjasama Pemuda MCA pada 2 Feb 2010.



Attended the Dialogue With 15 MALAYSIA Short Films Directors on 1st Jan 2010 with the slogan "UNITY THROUGH CREATIVITY" which was organized by B.T.R MCA Youth at Federal Hotel K.L. Opinion was shared by me on addressing the races' unity issues.

Attended fund raising dinner which was organized by The Federation of Malaysia Clans and Guilds Youth Association on 6th Nov'09 at Kuala Lumpur.

Coordinated with Website creation agent to create a website for Malaysian Mah Clan Association (MMCA) which was completed and launched by the MMCA President Dato' Beh Hang Kong on 14th December 2008.

80th Anniversary of SJK (C) Hua Hsia Bagan Datok Perak was held with overwhelming response on 20th September 2008. Anniversary cum charity dinner for the purpose of fund raising for the school facilities reconstruction. Mr. Beh Hock Lai (my cousin brother) was the organising chairman for this meaningful event. Reunion of old schoolmates was achieved with good sharing of old memories.

Meeting was held with Dato' Liow Tiong Lai Deputy Youth & Sport Minister to address Malaysian Youth Development which was organized by The Federation of Malaysia Clans and Guilds Youth Association.
